From Historical Injustice to Transformative Healing
Some communities have been systematically excluded from prosperity. CHEM emerged in 2019 as a revolutionary response — not just to address symptoms, but to transform root causes.
Founded by Dr. Rachel Knox, Travell Bradford, and Dasheeda Dawson, we recognized that lasting change requires more than good intentions. It demands coordinated action across agriculture, education, economics, healthcare, policy, and more.
Today, CHEM has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem where innovation meets ancestral wisdom, where individual success strengthens collective prosperity, and where healing the land heals our communities. Through initiatives like Soil to Solution, Green P.A.S.T.U.R.E.S., and Prol1fic Wellness, we're creating blueprints for regenerative transformation in Portland, Oregon and worldwide.
